NH Race Engines

We ship high-quality race engines, crate engines, transmissions, gearboxes, performance parts, and power equipment (generators, marine engines, pumps, etc.) from our workshop and warehouse in Kessel, The Netherlands. Our goal is fast, secure, and reliable delivery across the Netherlands, the EU, and selected international destinations.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We work with trusted carriers for heavy and oversized shipments:

  • Netherlands (domestic): PostNL Pakketten or specialized freight partners for larger/heavier items
  • EU countries: DHL, UPS, FedEx, or road freight (pallets for engines, transmissions, and power equipment)
  • International (non-EU): On request via freight forwarders (sea/air freight for very large/heavy shipments)

All shipments include insurance up to the product value. Heavy items such as race engines, crate engines, and transmissions are professionally crated or palleted with protective padding to ensure safe arrival.

Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

Free Shipping within the Netherlands

  • All orders shipped to addresses within the Netherlands qualify for FREE SHIPPING.
  • This includes engines, transmissions, power equipment and performance parts.
  • No minimum order value required.

Shipping to other countries (EU & International) Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination.

Approximate costs (excl. VAT):

  • Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg: €150 – €450 (pallet freight)
  • Other EU countries: €250 – €650+
  • Non-EU / International: Quote required (sea/air freight)

Delivery Times (Estimated)

  • Netherlands: 1–3 business days (often next day for in-stock items)
  • Belgium / Germany: 2–5 business days
  • Rest of EU: 3–10 business days
  • International: 7–30+ days (customs dependent)

Shipping Process

  • All heavy items (engines, transmissions, generators, etc.) are professionally packed on pallets or in sturdy crates with protective padding.
  • Full tracking provided via email.
  • Most shipments require signature on delivery.
  • Pickup at our workshop in Kessel is available by appointment (free).

Processing time is usually same or next business day for in-stock items. We ship Monday to Friday. Weekend and holiday shipments are excluded.

Important Notes

  • Custom & Built-to-Order Items: Shipping starts after completion and dyno testing.
  • Customs & Duties (non-EU): Customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and clearance fees. We provide all necessary commercial invoices and documentation (EORI NL003829663).
  • Tracking: Full tracking link sent by email as soon as the order ships.
  • Signature Required: Most heavy/expensive shipments require signature upon delivery.
  • Pickup Option: Available by appointment at our workshop in Haagweg 40, 5995 AB Kessel.
  • Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events.
